Yeah I bet the people that lived in the Lower ninth ward can afford these houses.
The modern prefab movement is dead no one can afford this overpriced crap.
they say its cheaper less waste, well that savings is never passed on to the consumer and modern is much more expensive than a stick built
Do you know why you see one actual photograph of modern prefab to every ten CGI illustrations. Its because no one can afford to build Modern Prefab

I like #8. Its also up high, so the New Orleans area hurricanes wont destroy your home or wash it away. Though, your car probably will not survive the experience.
